week flying

This week is flying by because i am dealing with solid work days. Home today @ 8pm. Interviewing people for a position in my department is tedious but it is the best measure of a person. Q & A on paper cannot do it.

Work projects are pulling together but i have been spending less time with my staff. They are capable without me but disconnect is not good.
